I had a techno-failure regarding captions for these…..and am too lazy to correct it. Most of these are captioned on the Logansport Facebook page where I have them posted.
Thanks so much for posting, Ed. These are amazing photos. I remember some of the places by sight of course from my childhood. But just the fact that you have them and shared them is awesome! I was especially excited to see that “Pride of the Yankees” was playing at the State! And, the PRR depot where I remember sitting w/my mother while waiting for a train to Chicago in the late 50s. Or with my Granny Hatten on our way to Kenove, WVA. My dad, granddad, great-granddad, uncle and brother were railroaders, coming here from West Virginia in the 30s to follow RR jobs.
